I’m personally not a fan of tattoos. I just couldn’t commit to a permanent decision like that! I love the creative types who often tout them, of course! I’ve always been jealous of their creative expression; however, I like variety and change too much to make such a permanent fixed branding.
A few weeks ago, however, I found a tattoo style perfect for me! They’re called Conscious Ink Tattoos. What I love about them is that they contain affirmations and they are temporary! I went a bit bonkers and ordered a bunch of different affirmations to attach to my skin. I’ve been wearing them proudly too!
Breads might taste good, but are they your friend? If you’re reading this, you probably know that breads are not all that healthy for you. Most breads are made from highly refined, and bleached wheat. What was once whole is now processed and devoid of any true nutritious goodness.
